Smyth and Company is not an off-the-rack company. Our dresses are made-to-order especially for you, therefore we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits. All orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. All Sales Are Final. No Returns. No Refunds. No Credits. To insure customer satisfaction and reduce errors in ordering, we encourage our customers to contact us prior to ordering with any questions they may have.

We do not share or sell any personal information we collect from you. All information is used for order processing only.

Sizing

Please use the size chart provided to help you select the correct size. Do not order your usual size without first consulting the size chart. Dress fit may vary depending on dress style. Dresses are not custom made to your individual measurements and may need alterations. Smyth and Company is not responsible for fit or sizing errors. If you have any questions regarding size, please contact us prior to ordering.
