Returns:
Smyth and Company welcomes returns and exchanges provided the item is in its original condition and the hangtags have not been removed. All returned items must be new and unused. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the original purchase date. The original sales receipt must accompany your return. Once we receive your return, the item will be credited in the manner in which the item was purchased, minus any shipping charges. When items are exchanged, all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
PLEASE NOTE: All special order, monogrammed, and personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.

We do not share or sell any personal information we collect from you. All information is used for order processing only.
Sizing
Please use the size chart provided to help you select the correct size. Do not order your usual size without first consulting the size chart. Dress fit may vary depending on dress style. Dresses are not custom made to your individual measurements and may need alterations. Smyth and Company is not responsible for fit or sizing errors. If you have any questions regarding size, please contact us prior to ordering.

We have done our best to accurately represent fabric colors. Colors may appear different on some monitors. We are not responsible for inaccurate color choice. Color swatches are available upon request. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions regarding color choice.
