How to order:
Order on-line using our on-line shopping cart. Pay using PayPal.

* We will begin your order when order processing is complete and payment has cleared.
* E-mail is the best way to check the status of your order. Please include your name and order

Rush Orders: If you need an item sooner, we will do our best to meet your scheduling needs. All rush orders must be confirmed by Smyth and Company prior to ordering. A rush order fee may apply. Remember to include your event date when ordering.
Shipping Information:
All products are shipped USPS Mail. Shipping rates are calculated at check out.
* Delivery time varies depending on shipping destination. Average shipping time is 3-7 days.
* If you refuse your package or fail to pick it up at your post office, you are responsible for the shipping fees to re-send it to you and you agree that this shipping fee will be charged to your credit card.
* Smyth and Company inspects all items prior to shipment. Smyth and Company will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise once shipped. All shipping charges are non-refundable. No shipping charges will be refunded under any circumstances.
* Smyth and Company currently ships to the United States. Other interested buyers, please contact us for shipping rates.
Sales Tax
A 6% state sales tax when applicable is charged to all orders shipped within Connecticut.
