Ordering Information

How to order:

Order on-line using our on-line shopping cart. Pay using PayPal.

We will begin your order when order processing is complete.
We do not stock dresses. Smyth and Company dresses are made-to- order.
Please allow 8-10 weeks for completion of your dress.
Remember to include your event date on the order form.
All orders are shipped immediately upon completion.
If you provide us with an e-mail address, we will e-mail you when your order is shipped.
E-mail is the best way to check the status of your order. Please include your name and order number.

Rush Orders: If you need an item sooner, we will do our best to meet your scheduling needs. All rush orders must be confirmed by Smyth and Company prior to ordering.

See Rush Order Policy. A $30 Rush Fee will apply per dress. Remember to include your event date when ordering.

Shipping Information:

All products are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are calculated at check out.

*Delivery time varies depending on shipping destination. Average shipping time is 3-7 days.

*If you refuse your package or fail to pick it up at your post office, you are responsible for the shipping fees to re-send it to you and you agree that this shipping fee will be charged to your credit card.

*Smyth and Company inspects all items prior to shipment. Smyth and Company will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise once shipped. All shipping charges are non-refundable. No shipping charges will be refunded under any circumstances.

*Smyth and Company does not ship internationally at this time.

Sales Tax

A 6% state sales tax when applicable is charged to all orders shipped within Connecticut.
